"Having a water line burst in the attic was not what we were anticipating when we were on vacation, however thats exactly what happened.  Not having ever been in this situation, I was not sure where to begin to fix the problem.  A friend recommended DRIMAXX due to some work they performed on his mold issues in his home and he was very satisfied.  After calling DRIMAXX and telling them the problem, they responded to my home in less than an hour.  There was water flowing down my drywall in several rooms, the ceilings were caving in and all the insulation in the attic had to be removed.  They set up multiple dehumidifiers, powerful air blowers (large commercial fans), removed all base boards and crown moldings, etc.  The amount of work which was needed to be done was mind boggling.  DRIMAXX made this horrible situation easy to deal with and I highly recommend them.  The employees were friendly and genuinely were concerned about the loss I suffered.  After a week of the water removal, they came in and made my home look better than new.  Very satisfied.

"There was a thirty minute delay in their arrival due to a mechanical problem. They did call and let us know about the delay. Once Jamie, the owner, arrived he asked to walk thru the house so I could point out any special problem areas. He then began to do his cleaning. He was thorough and businesslike as he made his way thru the house. We accepted his offer to keep several high velocity fans overnight  to help with the drying process (carpets were steam cleaned). Jamie said they use only the finest chemicals available and the results indicate that. When he had all but finished, we went thru the house again to see if I was happy with the result. "We had just come home from a 3 day vacation, and my wife and I have a 9 month old son. We had a line from the kitchen burst and it put down a few inches of water in the home. I called them right after and the Owner of the company showed up. I love dealing with local businesses because of this, The owner assured us that he would take care of everything and even took care of all the insurance paperwork. They got our home dry in about three days, they made sure we had no mold and are even sending someone back a few times to take air samples to make sure there is no mold. Rohan(owner of H2O Dryout) is a true professional and showed my wife and I that he cared! He was really concerned for the safety of our son and wanted to make sure they did their very best work. I don't know of too many companies that care about their clients in that fashion.
Its a very unsettling thing to come home and see 2 inches of water all over your floors, drywall sucking up water and the smell of stagnent water for a few days didn't help either. I really thought we had a disaster in our hands. All I can say is that H2O Dryout made something bad that happened to us and took ownership of it and made it right for us.
