He adjusted the latches and fixed the gates so they wouldn't say or drag the ground. He did a great job and made sure I was pleased with his work. I also asked him if he could do another project for me while there, and he had the tools to do this unexpected request. Joshua was professional in every way, he showed up at the time agreed, worked steadily with expertise, knew exactly what materials were needed for the work I needed done, and charged me a fair and reasonable price. "The workers showed up at my house at 10:30. Without any tools or ladder. 11:00 someone showed up with again no tools. Then the Forman showed up . They still used my ladder and my ratchet set to do the job or they would still be here. They were out of here at 12:00, leaving before they finish the electrical hookup. They told me $65/ hr. At that rate they would still be at my house to justify the $620.00 they charged me."

"6 years after our original level 4 roof install we started to upgrade the paint scheme of the house. We started to remove the gutters so the fascia could be painted and behold we discovered that Brennan installed the drip edge on top of the felt instead of directly on the roofing plywood! Now we have to get a contractor out here to repair over 200 linear feet of drip edge and roofing before we can paint and rehang the gutters!!"
