"When we first called, the scheduler thought it might take up to 3 days to get to us, since they were busy, so we called two other places. But Novak was the first to show up that same day. The repair tech was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He found the problem with the A/C right away. He gave me an estimate for the part, which he had with him in the van, and it was repaired quickly. What a relief to get the A/C working the same day. Thanks, Novak!"
