This went on for a couple of months. I saw this company advertised on HomeAdvisor, called them one day, and they were here the next day. The crew was professional and knowledgeable and did an outstanding job for a fair price. They had time left before Jim Cole, the mgr. returned to do a final inspection.. In that time they repaired my front screen door for no extra charge. If you are looking for reliability and professionally completed work, you could do no better than to hire this company. "I have used Scott on a couple of occasions, all with good results.  He provides at home service which means you don't have to load your equipment in your vehicle, travel to his facility for service and then return to pick up your equipment once it is repaired.  Scott is very punctual and gets right to work.  He is cordial and will answer your questions. Repairs are done right the first time and at a reasonable charge.  If the equipment is not-repairable or will be costly, Scott will tell you that up front. I recommend his service and will definitely use him again as needed. <br />"

"No commutation between transport company or dispatch & driver unless I raised ****, & called several times. A person was sent to pick up my cars & didn’t speak English, no information, wondered if my car had just been stolen, had to call for days before anyone called me back. It was very nerve racking. My cars were delivered at hotel I stayed in Franklin Tn. The driver was so kind & went out of his way to drive them up to hotel lobby area for my inspection . I’m in wheel chair. The cars were in great condition & were not dirty."

"We had Clint install a new garage door for us a few years ago.  He did a great job.  About two years later, we had trouble with the garage door rubbing the frame on the way up.  Called Done Right Doors and he came out next day.  The problem was with our garage door opener letting the door go too far forward.  Even though Clint did not install the door opener, he adjusted it, touched up the scraped paint on the door and charged us NOTHING.  Last week, we knew exactly who to call when our garage door opener started to fail.  We purchased the opener, with advice from Clint, and he came to install it.  We did not realize that we needed an extension kit, so he had to make two trips over here.  We bought the extension kit, but when he came back to install the opener, he told us he had found an unopened one in his garage, so we were able to return the one we bought.  He said someone had given it to him, so he gave it to us.  We could not be happier with our new opener or the service we received from Done Right Doors.  We will absolutely go back to Done Right Doors for any garage door needs in the future.  Clint does excellent work and really takes care of his customers.  He certainly gets an A+ in customer service!  <br />"
