"Re-installing my back patio was a huge job and Caleb did an excellent job. The bricks in place were unique, so I was very happy to be able to keep them."

"I was quoted a reasonable price. All materials high quality, and as you can tell by the pictures installed better than most if not all fences in my neighborhood. The job turned out better than expected. "

"I was a little hesitant ordering stone veneer for my kitchen through the internet.  Mark at Stoneyard was excellent, sent me samples and help me decide which stone to use. Due to cabinet specifications and width restictions in my kitchen, we spent several weeks back and forth on options and dealers to get me thin stone.  Mark was very patient and professional the entire time. He  ordered all my stone through a 3rd party.  The actual stone took over 5 weeks from delivery, but I was kept in the loop the entire time.  It was delivered right to my door. This is not a simple process of running to the store to grab stone, and definitely worth the wait. I used a mixture of Boston Blend and Colonial Tan, both ledger and ashlar. <br />"

"I phoned Mr. Lodge after seeing his review on Angies List. Left a voice message and he promptly returned my call. He came that afternoon and gave me an excellent quote. We shook hands on a deal and his crew came 2 days later. They did an excellent job. They were professionally dressed, very pleasant, and accommodating. Their equipment was clean and state of the art. Their transportation was modern, properly marked with advertising, and very clean. I would highly recommend Quality Lawn to all that need this service. <br />"

"Work started on time. Once they started they worked continually until the job was complete. We were happy with the results and have hired them for weekly lawncare. Unfortunately the hail storm this month hit us pretty hard, but have been assured that most everything will come back. Even if some of the plants don't make it they are guaranteed. Quality workmanship. <br />"

"Andrew McWatters was very professional from the beginning. He listened to our ideas and came up with the most creative design for us. His price was not the lowest but it was very competitive and we felt comfortable with his capabilities. He and his crew completed the job in less time than we originally expected. He is also doing a follow up with us in April to assure all of the plants are in good shape and recheck all of the other facets of the job. I had one little problem with irrigation and he was out within one business day of my call to fix it. We are now discussing a custom water feature with him because we have total faith in his company. <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Amarillo, TX

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
