"Fridge stopped working Friday night before New Year's holiday. Home Warranty Company was useless, so I had to make calls on my own. Read reviews online and was satisfied enough to reach out for help. EXTREMELY GLAD I DID. By day 5 with no fridge and the warranty company not returning my calls, Fix it 1st was able to come to my home the following day and fixed the problem in MINUTES. "The job took 3.5 days.  There was a team of 2-3 young men working each day.  Everything went according to schedule and the final job looks great and is working well.  Their final clean up was excellent.  The owner of the company showed up everyday to take a look at things and again after the job was finished. <br /> Our crawlspace access is through our basement.    Crawlspace work can be dirty and a fair amount of dirt and gravel made its way out of the crawlspace and onto the floor.  They had some drop cloths but they did not have enough to cover the walking path to the basement.  Consequently there was some dirt tracked up the steps and onto the main floor of our house.  Be prepared  to deal with some dirt (it is unavoidable) and remind the guys to take off their work boots before they come into any finished areas of your house.   <br /> <br /> <br />"

"They were great. I had two other companies come over. Both said I needed a new furnace to the tune of $9000. Neither looked at the attic, the crawlspace, on told me I had mold and wouldn't give me a written estimate. M and M (Doug) came over, went all over the house, under the house, in the attic, tested the furnace and said it needed a new motor. He recommended insulation in the attic, close off unnecessary ceiling vents, run a new line to the gas fireplace as it had copper which can develop leaks, and clean everything. They saved me $7000! They were professional, courteous, on time, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. I have been recommending them to any and everyone I know. Everything was written out, easy to understand, and done on time as promised."
