"First off...when Jacob came out to do the estimate..he was very nice...I was contacted by him 7 days ago...on September 19 th...I had a call from them saying they needed more information which I gave...then nothing until this morning...when I was informed that he no longer worked there..I can't afford to keep paying 90.00...for an estimate..then nothing....can you please help me with someone who can come out and is honest? "Roy did an excellent job for us! We now have a custom mid-century modern kitchen table (with hairpin legs) in the exact size we needed. He used red oak for the table top and finished it with three coats of low gloss polyurethane and a finish coat of BRI wax. The underside of the table and the reinforcing strips are even finished off. He finished this project in a little over three weeks. We couldn’t be happier! "

"Overall work was good. Contractor installed prefinished wood sills at tile floor. He grouted at juncture and let wet grout sit on the prefinished wood to the point that the finish is gone. Contacted the contractor in mid- August; assured me he would be here soon. It is now2 months and he does not answer texts nor phone calls. He does not correct his mistakes."
