"Oscar was amazing! So professional, efficient and clean. He cleaned up very nicely after the work and everything he did was quality. I would definitely recommend him and will use him for future projects."

"Lucy's team was efficient and completely eliminated a messy adhesive that was very visible on our floor. Great availability, showed up on time, paperwork was easy. Only challenge was I had some special requests (and some areas we'd already cleaned) and it was a bit tricky to communicate those."

"I give Cobar Builders 5+stars. Elvin, the owner called me the same day, scheduled a meeting the following morning and gave me an estimate within 1-2 days and was able to start the job within the week. The job was done meticulously and the site was cleaned up every day. I am already thinking about the next project for Colbar Builders ...."

"Reasonably priced. They showed up on time. Worked diligently and took good care of my things. Were professional and friendly."

"Jenny is very professional and responsive. We had a bi-weekly cleaner before her that did not clean sufficiently and Jenny pointed out all the areas that were dirty (fans, base boards, top of refrigerator/microwave, oven and stove). They went over the floors three times and it was squeeky clean. I really liked that they took of their shoes when cleaning the house and floors so as not to leave any marks. The house smelled great and we could really tell the difference in cleanliness when they were finished. It was Jenny and two other ladies. They also cleaned the windows very well, both inside and out (outside only the windows on the bottom floor). Her price is good as well. The only minor drawback is we have to supply the cleaning products but they didn't see to overuse what we had. I've set her up for recurring bi-weekly cleanings and am hopeful she will be our go-to cleaner from now on."

"Smell Cleaning is the best cleaning service i’ve ever hired for my home! they are very reliable, thorough, and trustworthy. They spend about three hours in my home making it shine! The attention to detail is mind blowing and love stepping into my newly cleaned space afterwards. I would strongly suggest you book through this company, you will be utterly impressed!"

"The lady came accompanied by a guy. I said I just requested 2 hours for 1 person. He said I am the driver, she doesn't speak English. She did a good job cleaning and polishing but he didn't leave and did very little. He said for the extra time we get paid 15 dollars an hour. I ended up giving $20 more for the 2 hours he was around. They were curteous. The rest of my windows were not done. I ended up paying 49+20 to clean my bedroom and the bath window. I may have been unrealistic. I never got help in cleaning before, maybe I was expecting too much."
