The job I thought would be $4,000 turned out to only cost us $75.00 - mostly for the service visit. AJ was professional and extremely helpful, and helped program our box for better watering. The only issue I had (and it was a very small one) was that I was given a four hour time frame, but no one confirmed that I was on the schedule after my initial appointment was set over a week before. After not hearing anything, I called to make sure I was still on the schedule - and sure enough, he showed up right after I called, as he was en route. I would only recommend a confirmation via phone or email or even text to make sure customers don't miss the appointment, as I understand missed appointments incur a fee."
