"Great company. Workers were professional & pleasant to have around. They were recommended by a friend and I would recommend them to a friend. Almost a year later and I am very happy I went with these guys.
Bruce didn't respond within 24 hours; however, he bothered to address my
many questions and was very knowledgeable ( unlike most roof companies I talked to).
Roof looks great.

"Very happy with the work both roofing replacement and flashing repair. Would definitely use again."

"David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning. They really did an outstanding job on both projects. Recently, they cleaned our gutters again and fixed 27 end caps. David's team did an excellent job and even cleared away the leaves in the complex. They take pride in their work, which is a rare thing today. We really appreciate the wonderful customer service and personal touches through phone calls, texting and emails. They are quick to respond, professional and friendly. All the residents were very impressed with the work they did. Because of the fair prices, easy to work with, and always doing a fantastic job we would not hesitate to use them again. Within 5-7 years we will be looking to them for new roofs and to install the GutterHelmet System. As the treasurer of our HOA, along with the other officers, we highly recommend this company."

"Hiring them for my flat roof replacement was a total win. They were so on the ball, always there when I needed them. And let me tell you, their crew? Top-notch. They didn't just replace my roof; they gave me peace of mind. Now, I've got a roof I can trust, thanks to you guys!"

"We had a partially flat roof that had a known issue with a leak where it met a vertical wall. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. Thank you, Tony and team!"

"The team from Titanium Roof Innovations company recently did a great job preparing our roof for installation of solar panels. The work included removing existing tiles and underlayment from the roof, doing necessary prep work like replacing damaged plywood, installing new metal valley flashing at all roof connections and T-tops and vent caps on all exhaust pipes, and applying water-resistant mastic in all valleys. They installed peel-and-stick underlayment designed for tile roofing which provides advanced water barrier before placing back the tiles. Finally, they painted all flashings and vents with Rust-Oleum to match the roof color and cleaned the roof with a power washer. They left the working area in a neat clean state removing all debris. The team manager, Julian Mattos, was very efficient and responsive to our requests. Importantly along with a great service the Titanium Roof Innovations company provided a very competitive price for their work and the work has been completed on"

"I recommend Frontline Roofing highly. They were professional and did the job even though it was a smaller job. They were willing to do a minor repair for me, saving me a bunch of money, and now my roof is watertight. They definitely earned all 5 stars; I would highly recommend them!"

"Apollo Roofing was very professional in their work effort and they used high quality materials on our roof. My wife and I are very happy and pleased with the work that was done on our home. Thanks to them for a job well done."

"Alex came to the house and did an estimate compared to other contractors. He was pretty fair and added a lot of detail which was very informative of the process. We ended up getting a full roof replacement on our home in Burlingame and on the same contract restored the wood on our patio. The guys were great and cleaned up well after themselves each day I would highly recommend any homeowner to give Alex a call he?s very communicative and enjoyed the process."
