"This is the second time I use Vaillancourt Roofing, and they have always been exceptionally professional. Brad Entrekin, the salesperson I have always dealt with is wonderful: knowledgeable, patient, punctual. So have been the team that does the work. In this specific case, Nick and Jay did the installation of the gutters. Their work is impeccable. They are very respectful yet friendly. If I was doing gutters I would do all possible to get the Nick and Jay tea However, in order to reach them you would have to go through the scheduler. I understand that the schedule is necessary in order to make the best use of the resources possible however, that has to be tempered with the needs of the client. Case on point, day before the installation date I was informed that the installation had been cancelled "because one of the installers was sick" and the work was rescheduled for 12 days later. I spoke to the scheduler and he had no interest in whether I would be available, convenience or any other consideration of what the effect of the change could have on MY schedule. I just had to understand that people get sick. That is - an administrative problem of the company was suddenly on my shoulders. This gentleman is extremely rigid and unsympathetic. Chances are that the job could not be done before but a gentler approach with the client will take him a long way. In addition, his attitude really erodes the exceptional work of the field salespeople. It is then left on the shoulders of the installers, to fix with the client what the installer undid. Once again, Vaillancourt has, in my estimation, first class materials to offer, a splendid salesperson in Brad, and an impeccable installation team with Nick and Jay. So, go for it. More likely than not, you will not have to deal with the scheduler."

"Once I requested a quote, Nick respond immediately and come to my home at the scheduled time. He looked around and explained all the process involved in the replacement. He had bought with him all the material samples. He even gave me a approximate price when we met first time. I received the quote 2 days later ( as he had promised) and to my surprise it was lower than the approximate costs that he quoted me before. Nick quote beat the other 2 quotes I looked at and hired Nick for the job. The team arrived at the scheduled date and time and within 6Hrs the job was done. they cleaned all the debris around and left without any issues.. From start to finish, Nick and team did a great job.. The quality of material, labor and price is pretty good. I highly recommend Nick if you are thinking about replacing roof.."

I then called and spoke to Darby Sullivan, office manager and she was very patient while we finalized the contract. Scott â s Roofing arrived on time, stripped and replaced the roof in the most professional way. Kevin, an on-site supervisor was present. Sean also arrived mid morning to check on the progress. "From the quote through installation, working with Clear Choice was a great experience. Chad, the salesperson, explained our options and gave us a great price. I'm especially concerned with sustainability and wanted not only a product and installation that would last, but Clear Choice also stood out because they recycle the old shingles. Our project manager was Casey. The day before, he discussed ventilation options with us. I originally wanted to replace the box vents with a ridge vent and the end gable vents with eave vents, to maximize the roof space available for future solar panel installation. However, after extensive conversation about the pros and cons and what Mass Save weatherization work (insulation, air sealing, and the ventilation) had been done in the attic, we decided to stick with the existing setup, as there had been no problems with it thus far. During the installation, the crew of 5 plus Casey arrived punctually at 7:30AM, and the crew expertly set up tarps and removed the existing shingles in about 90 minutes. The new shingles were installed, and cleanup was complete by 4PM. The house looks great, but Casey left his card with instructions to call his cell phone anytime if we found debris that had been missed, or for any other questions/concerns. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Clear Choice Home Improvement!"

"Capital did an outstanding job riffing my house. Roof was 20 years old and had buckled in a couple places. Needed to replace 2 plywood sheets. Material used top quality. Proj mgmt (Danny H) was great, responsive, communicated well, proactive. The roofing team was great especially in the 90f temps with dew points over 70. Hard workers, quality work. Excellent cleanup. You can find someone cheaper but not with the quality. Highly recommend."
