"They replaced our 2700 sq ft roof in 1 day! They did a great job overall, an extremely small piece of drywall needed to be replaced from a misstep, but not at all due to poor workmanship. They contacted me immediately to schedule their carpenter to fix the issue, however I'm completing myself due to needing to rennovate that spare room, but they were ready to fix immediately. Price was on par with other estimates I received, but the reason we decided to hire Middle Creek Roofing was because they explained the materials that were going to be utilized and because of their 50yr warranty."

He was prompt, but was lacking some tools to give me an estimate (who doesn't bring a flashlight when they know they're going to look in a crawlspace?). He was happy to give me an estimate and was able to give me the estimate that day. He seemed to focus only on insulation, and required me to get my own provider for moving floorboards, access hatches, etc, which is reasonable, but still something that as a homeowner, I would appreciate an overall package. His proposed work also seemed less than thorough -- insulation without any regard to air-sealing, and all he does is fiberglass; no dense-packing, no foam, no radiant barrier etc. In the end, I didn't feel very comfortable with his overall expertise.

From my initial call for quote, the response was quick, the quote was within our budget and they started right on time! We did have several days of rain that delayed the completion, but the crew worked on Saturday to keep on schedule. We now have a 50 warranty on material and workmanship! The clean up was done extremely well! Incidentally, the day they finished, we finally received a quote from another company.
