If any problems arose during the process he made sure to involve me and let me make the decisions while informing me of potential additional costs so that I was able to make the most informed decision for my home. There was a lot of damaged wood that he carefully replaced. He also resecured loose nails and added missing nails to the roof before putting down the underlay and then the shingles. He uses only GAF materials which have a lifetime warranty and a limited window warranty. These products are made here locally in Pennsylvania. My roof was just over 3000 square-foot and he had it done in four days, this may vary depending on weather. I would highly recommend Brian if you want the job done right. He is not a contractors upon his work off on hire employees is hands-on and very conscientious of his craftsmanship."
