"A&M Premier were great !!!! It was an awesome experience getting our roof replaced with A&M.â ¦ This was our first roof replacement. On day early in the morning, I had seen their signs and trucks around the neighborhood. The very next day one of their sales representative nock on my door and offer me a free inspection without compromise. Yes, freeeee!!!â ¦ That is hard to get these days, so I accepted, and he did it right then, in the spot. Iâ m glad that accepted because they found some damage on my roof. After he finished, we talked about it. He was very patient with me and explained, very clear, the importance of taking care of it and making the repairs or replace of my roof before it would be a big problem that could affect the integrity or the value of my property. Immediately, I called my insurance, the rep talked to the insurance company and agreed to send them the report of the damages. He handled everything with our insurance for us to basically get our roof replaced. Two days after, one of their reps came and explained all the details of the Job from the Job contract, payments up to the chosen of the roof materials and color. She was very kind and lent me some samples, so I could show my wife and decide together. That is going an extra mile !!!. After the initial payment from the insurance company, we were able to schedule our roof replacement that same week. With out realizing it the day arrived and the Work crew arrived at 6:30 AM, started work at sunup; completed job in 1 day. They covered my bushes, plants, and driveway; they moved pots and replaced everything back where they were. The job took almost 12 hours, but the crew were very diligent about working efficiently, taking care of surrounding landscaping. The crew did a fantastic job replacing our roof and cleaning everything up in a single day. I would highly recommend A&M Roofing to anyone that thinks they might need of a new roof."

"My overall experience with Ultra Roofing LLC has been a positive one. After purchasing a house I discovered multiple roof leaks all over the house. After getting quotes from multiple contractors I decided on Ultra Roofing because the account manager Juan was the quickest to reply to my inquiries. In addition they are not a huge roofing company (as far as I know) and had a reasonable quote. Juan came to my house multiple times to talk about the project and what needed to be done about it, he kept me informed throughout the project of any delays, or what part of the project is finished. He inspected all the work himself after repairs were completed and even had a part painted again because it was not up to his standards (I honestly could not tell the difference). The work I needed was the entire flashing around the Chimney needed to be done, I needed several pipe jacks to be replaced, as well as a few spots where a satellite dish was removed and caulked poorly. They completely replaced the shingles in those spots. In addition I had the entire chimney siding, trim, and chimney cap replaced so the entire chimney is under their 3 year warranty. I had my window repaired, and some flashing on another part of my roof done. The ridgeline was also replaced on one part of my roof after a bad storm, this occurred halfway during the project. All together this totaled to a little more than 4400$. Half was paid up front on the day they came to do the work, and I paid for the rest as we went along. All together it took about 3-4 days to do the work (not counting delays). A few of the challenges that occurred was that the producer of the Chimney cap was not responsive to Ultra Roofing, and they had to get another manufacturer to come in. This caused the chimney cap to be 100 dollars more, but as long as my roof does not leak anymore I am happy. Also there was an accident where a tool was dropped and hit my hanging lights, this caused two bulbs to break, but the workers cleaned it up and they replaced my bulbs for free. From this entire experience, I can definitely recommend Ultra Roofing LLC for anyone’s general contracting needs, they are professional and they do good work (as far as I can tell). The contractors cleaned up well and were friendly and hard working. And the account manager Juan was excellent in making sure that everything went as smoothly as possible and that I was satisfied with the work done. I will update this review in a few months or years to give an update on how the repairs have held up."

"We have a flat EPDM roof over our family room that had a leak and was nearing the end of its effective life. In speaking with several companies, we learned that only some of them make repairs to EPDM roofs and fewer companies actually replace them. We chose American Craftsmen and could not have been happier with their service. This is a company that not only answers their phone, but is happy to answer your questions and is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. When they had something to check on, they got back to you in a timely manner. Their crew who did the installation arrived in the timeframe we were promised, and they were also friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and cleaned up their mess when they were done. Another reason we liked using them for our roof project is they were able to replace a faulty gutter and a broken piece of siding hanging down on the roof, precluding us from having to find someone else to do that. We will be calling American Craftsmen when we want to replace our siding and windows. They take pride in how they do things, and it’s easy to see why they have so many great reviews. "We hired Triangle Home Exteriors for a full wrap siding work after reading about them and meeting with Beth in person. Beth was patient and helpful and negotiated with us regarding additional projects and detailed the work in a nice presentation and through the invoices. The gem to her business is Brandon her project manager who helped moved items out of the way and made sure the crew stayed on task and even sometimes took to task himself on the project or brought something to attention when something even a small detail did not look correct, which my daughter respected. All house projects can be a little stressful especially smack dab in the middle of the holiday season like ours was, but 3/4 of the job was done before X-mas, and it turned out well especially the siding color and trim. I would recommend Beth and her crew for your siding needs."

"Clyde and his team provided excellent work, good management of subcontractors, and a fair price. All were highly responsive to our concerns and questions. The job was performed as bid and completed on schedule. Clyde did not try to "upsell" us on pricey upgrades of questionable value. We needed a good roof replacement on our 20 year old house, some carpentry repairs, and gutters that won't clog with debris, and that's exactly what we got. The site cleanup, performed daily, was exemplary."
