In regard to the flat roof repair - it was done in one day and seems to be done well, we had thought that the soffit underside of the flat roof would be included for the price. Apparently Roofologists does not do soffit. I have to assume that having two men on the job and today?s market is why it was so costly. I take ownership for not having a complete understanding of what was included, but it was disappointing to learn that I need to find someone else to finish the aesthetics of my small flat roof over my front door. "My initial review (JAN 10) stated: I used Angie List to find a Pro in my area to repair damaged shingles after a wind storm. Tony and Nick responded immediately and were able to make the repairs the same day. They were very professional and thorough. They not only made the repair to the roof, but resealed the chimney and nearby roof vents. They also cleaned the gutters at a fair price. UPDATED REVIEW (APRIL 7, 2026): 3 months after the repair the shingles came off again. I was told there would be an additional charge to resolve it, but I will not be pursing this. I was also not pleased with the color selection of shingles, but that is my fault for not confirming it. I understand that a patch will be noticeable regardless, but this is a completely different shade of brown. I dread looking at it everyday when I pull into the driveway as it has become quite the eyesore from the street."

"I contacted AAA Home Improvement to resolve a problem with squirrels and birds building nests in my soffit located on the second story. Squirrels chewed their way in the side soffit and corner post. Access was extremely difficult for repair. Scott’s crew Keith and Ray remedied the situation sealing access and replaced the corner sliding post. They also worked magic replacing older siding on my home that had been damaged with multiple screw holes. Mixing and matching old and new siding was a challenge but Keith and Ray accomplished the impossible with professional wisdom and expertise.
