Hello, I've noticed how difficult and frustrating it can be to hire someone to do a project, only to have them not follow it through to completion, or to just not show up at all, or to pass the blame of their mistakes to someone else. I started Wirth & Son Property Services because of all the incompetence and poor communication I've seen with service providers. I'll show up, do what I say I'm going to do, and keep communicating with you. Over the last several decades, I've completed a wide variety of home improvement projects, from footing to ridge, and everything in between. Whether you need something as small as a picture hung to something more complex, like a custom, site-built shed, I'll show up, competently complete the project, and communicate along the way. \n\nSome of the things I have experience in include: wasp removal, custom shed & chicken coops, curtain rod hanging, deck/porch repair, gutter cleaning, siding repair, drywall repair, assembly, fench repair, dryer vent cleaning

I am someone who is trying to start a business. I’ve been in and around the construction industry for 20+ years, mainly doing commercial residential construction. I want to build something of my own where I feel my work can be noticed. I travel anywhere within the greater Rochester region. I look forward to meeting with you. Thank you

"The staircase in our home had separated from the wall and the support under the stairs had been compromised. Jim was able to not only provide updated support to the staircase, he was also able to reposition the stairs to their original position. The stairs are now even more secure, while still looking completely original to the house. In addition, he repaired a broken railing.
All this work, which included having to go through a plaster wall, was cleaned up perfectly. I was extremley happy with the results and will definitely be using Jim again in the future.

"Painting and trim done to perfection. I would absolutely hire PV Painting & Decorating again, and will recommend them to everyone I know."

"Jim was courteous on the phone when he discussed the repair on the phone; he came within a few days of the call and was prompt in his arrival.  He seemed knowlegable about what was needed to repair the drywall and set about his work.  He was willing to go to Home Depor and purchase paint for the interior and the door of the closet and did a good job in painting.  The repair looked great and he explained to my husband and me what he had done and why.
We were both very satisfied with him and appreciated his work.  He was very friendly and professional.
We would definitely hire him again for our next project."

"Duncan Construction Skilled roofers that protect yours and your neighbors’ property while doing thoroughly professional work. They leave the premises cleaner than when they started. Conscientious!"

"Karsten was so awesome to work with! He communicated clearly, had competitive pricing & got the job done without issues. We are very happy with the finished product. He spray painted our entire basement ceiling white, and painted the drywall. He also did our nursery a navy blue which was difficult because it’s such a dark color, but he did three layers to ensure we couldn’t see any roller marks. I would definitely recommend him & will be using him for future projects!"

"Fantastic! They were very professional. The work was done in a timely fashion and was exactly what I’d expect to pay. One minute I had a missing wall, the next it was up. They even went the extra mile and got it done with my hectic schedule. Felt bad they worked so late. But they didn’t complain a bit. Thank you R&R. Did a wonderful job. 100% recommend."
