We talked to Mike Seibold and found him sincere and honest. He told us he keeps the same crew all year; they are like a family. He came to the house and showed us a variety of roof possibilities and gave us addresses of some he had done. He was very accommodating and completed the new roof in record time even roofing the new sunroom to match the house so it looks like it was always part of the house. We were very happy with his work. In 2019, we put an addition on our daughter’s house and moved in with her. We had problems with the original contractor. The roof wasn’t installed correctly. It had been sloppily done, and was left unfinished. We had many leaks and rain water poured over our bay window like Niagara Falls. The water damaged some walls.
