"We have not used Anthony's, but had to review the service we have already received. 3 years ago we had a new roof installed. We received Anthony's quote 1 hour after signing with another company; otherwise, we would have used him. When I told him we went with someone else he was very gracious and kind and wished us well. Fast forward to now, we have roof leaks after the tremendous amount of rain we have received. We are, of course, getting a couple of estimates but we remembered how fair his quote was on the roof install and how kind he was so we called him. He took the time to talk to my husband and will be getting out here as soon as possible to look at our roof. Today we noticed another leak. I called him concerned about mold/mildew and he took the time to speak with me and give me his opinions and will be coming out to inspect soon. I wish more companies would understand that treating people fairly and with kindness will get you more business. We do LOTS of home projects and our neighbors are always asking who to use and who not to use. I can say, without even having any work completed, that I would recommend Anthony's. Mr. Bruce returned the next day to complete the job. He also suggested we replace the cover for the other fan cover and three boots, which we did as part of our maintenance effort. "Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.

When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking.  We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year.
