His landscape design skills were so helpful. We wanted some plants that were atypical, i.e. no boxwoods, and he gave us great ideas to use as substitutes. He even called me 4 months after we installed the plants to check in and make sure we were happy. You cannot go wrong with Scenic Green or Brian Jones: they have the skills, the manpower and the follow-through to make any project a success."

"I called Richard one day and he was there the following day with his crew, ready to work. I hired him to do some landscaping in my front yard. I told him that I needed selections that would be low maintenance and he delivered on my request. He removed and replaced all of the bushes, planted some flowers, added mulch and integrated some beautiful rocks as accents. I hired him to do some landscaping in my backyard a few weeks later. I let him run with his vision to create something nice. I love it! He also went the extra mile during both projects. He noticed that I had some bare spots in my lawn so he seeded the areas. When he returned for the second project and saw that the areas still needed some help, he suggested using some sod. It made a huge difference. I was very pleased with both projects. Richard is very personable and very passionate about his work. I would hire him again."

Colin the owner and his crew are honest, hardworking and pay attention to detail. this is the 2nd house we have used them for backyard retaining walls and design. once for a ravine with railroad ties and this week for a huge rock retaining wall 4 ft tall, 130 ft long. they tore down an old wall and designed a new one with natural looking stone with various sizes with drainage system. they also took time to grade and clean up yard. The wall is stunning and the company is outstanding. will use them for complete landscape design."

They were prompt, professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. They performed a much-needed spring clean up of our neglected yard, removed ivy from our house, laid fresh mulch, trimmed bushes, removed a deck, graded and laid a new pea gravel patio trimmed with brick, built steps with a hand rail to the back door, and planted shrubs. "I contacted Paul via e-mail and he responded promptly. He came out, gave me an estimate and asked if there was a way to get a wider mower bed (60") into the back yard through the fence. I moved the fence and he and his crew brought a mower/thatcher with a bin on the back - they blew the leaves into the yard, then mowed, then thatched the yard. I told them they could mulch the beds with the munched leaves, and they did. There is no way my husband and I alone could do that nice of a job in any less than 10 hours of work - we normally take out 50+ bags of leaves to the street. By mulching the leaves, we saved on leaf bags and did not send anything to the landfill. Our plants will thank us in the spring. It was a wonderful experience."

"I can t say it better than previous reviewers. We had a patio replace (concrete and bluestone) with Roman tumbled river rock and added an intricate walkway to an outbuilding. The bluestone was repurposed to another walkway. Despite terrible weather the project was finished on time. Brian is an artist with stone. We could not be happier. Wish I could post pictures."
