"The removal and replacement of roof went very well. Gutters and debris screens installed. Cedar shingles repaired/replaced"

"L&L made several visit including Saturday and Sunday to evaluate the job and made several suggestions as to the best way to replace the roof without any damage to the interior of our house. They promised to pick a good day to do the job and complete the job in one day. They arrived at about 7:30 AM with a crew of about 10 workers and had the complete roof replaced and the yard completely cleaned up before 4:30 PM. This included new lead flashing for the chimney and replacing 2 sheets of plywood. In addition they guaranteed the workmanship of the roof for as long as we owned the house. We had no problems at all.

"Roofing repair & replacement, roof came out great!"

"I had the opportunity to meet, vet and hire Steven, from Bobâ s Roofing. I found Steven honest, no nonsense and direct. He was extremely knowledgable and presented his findings in an easy to understand manner. He was also respectful and virtuous.! Price points were competitive, but has room for improvement. I think this company should offer a Miliyary discount in the future. Overall, I was pleased with his attention to detail. I would gladly recommend This team to others looking for roofing services."

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"I had the roof, siding and gutters replaced on my house. Three different crews performed the work and all of them did a great job. Entire project took about 3 weeks. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend A1 to others"

"From the beginning the Customer Service and Sales Presentation was professional and top-notch. Anthony understands the roofing industry, new technological features in rofing practice and the education required to keep up with these changes. Larsen's even teaches roofers in their nicely outfitted warehouses. We paid a small upcharge for the kind of roof we wanted, but all the bells and whistles were included in the quote: chimney covers, intake and outlet vents. The roof is sealed completely, impervious to water and has a 50 yr guarantee. The quote was very reasonable for the level of workmanship we received. Anthony was communicative, responsive, respectful and enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his products. We enjoyed all our interactions with this well-organized and personable Salesman. The Project Manager also oversaw the operations and allowed us to use the dumpster for the brush cleanup on our recently purchased property. We highly recommend Klaus Larsen for your roofing needs."

"Yani is very personable he appears to be very honest he went above and beyond and actually went beyond and repaired an addition section of the roof at no additional charge.I sent him over to my neighbor and he's repairing his roof"

"Shane kept me updated on all the details of the roofing project. The whole crew did a great, efficient job and was meticulous in both the replacing the roof and the clean up. Very happy with the quality of work that was done. Thank you Shane."
