"We called System Pavers not really knowing what the experience would be like. We had a big backyard with slopes and a tiny small patio that was put in when we purchased our new home. We knew we didn't want just cement but didn't know exactly what materials made sense for our home and environment in Seattle. Austin was our salesman and he came out to our home with books of examples and materials for us to look at. He took his time with us and spent a few hours at our home explaining the process, and helping us come to a decision on materials. He was great with getting us renderings of what our yard "would look like" and helps us add numerous change orders to our project.
