"We requested a bid for installation of recessed kitchen lighting. What we got was an estimate for the cost of rewiring the knob-and-tube in our entire house, plus the cost of the fixtures. The rewiring alone was estimated over $18,000. Our home inspector informed us about knob-and-tube when we moved in, as well as the excellent condition of the wiring. Adding LED fixtures would have been a low draw on the system and we have since gotten a far better bid from another electrician. Our impression was that we were given a hard sell to spend almost $20,000 on a big project we did not ask for. There was no alternative solution offered. Additionally, the price quoted for the fixtures was very higher, higher than any I could find on a basic Internet search for the same fixtures, so big price gouging there on the materials. I am confident that these are skilled electricians, but as a homeowner and consumer, I felt that we were not heard and that the company, as represented by the initial contact with the lead electrician who seems to primarily be a salesman, is interested only in big-ticket jobs. If you need a big commercial project done, you may find Seatown to be your best choice. As a homeowner, I felt like the company's next prospective sale. We won't hire this company."

     The available installation date was sooner then I thought and theyshowed up on time.  Joey was the technician who installs cameras and he was awesome.  He was also curteous, professional and skilled.  Jimmie himself came that day to install the security system and make sure everything was correctly in place.  They reviewed every step with me to ensure it met my expections.  They put in a really long day, Joey was there for almost 12 hours.  Jimmie stayed well past 8pm to make sure the system was working properly.  He installed the monitoring programs to our computers and smart phones.  He sat down and went over the programs with us and made sure we had a full understanding of how to use the programs and entire system.
   After the system was installed, I had some questions and Jimmie continued to respond promptly.  Not only that but he even followed up to make sure everything was going well.  Jimmie and his employees sincerely care about their customers, products and service.  It was a pleasure to work with them and I strongly recommend them to anyone considering having a security system installed.... oh yeah- the cameras are insanely clear and the security system works flawlessly.
