"Leo was incredibly punctual and responded quickly to our referral for this job. He completed the job in 2.5 days, did an amazing job and we are very very pleased. We have now referred our new front porch job to him and can't wait to see the outcome!"

"Mike, the owner, was excellent to work with. We hired him to do a whole house remodel including exterior landscaping and projects. He considered all of our needs and even brought in creative ideas and solutions for us. He communicated effectively and was professional and kind through the process. We 100% recommend him for any home remodeling work and will call him again for any futures needs we may have. Thank you Mike!"

"The entire team at Modern Flooring Services was incredibly professional! We appreciate how responsive they were and how smooth the process was with them. We had a very tight timeline after closing on our house to get the new floors installed before we moved. And they finished installation a day early! They were great, making sure that we knew exactly what to expect, what was possible, and communicated what they needed to correct certain issues that they ran into after demolition. And the floors far exceeded our expectations. Our house looks so beautiful and we would recommend Modern Flooring to everyone! Thank you guys!"

"Luis was always at our home when he said he would be. There was a hiccup with the finish but Luis corrected the problem and the result is a beautiful Swedish finish wood floor. His price was reasonable especially compared to other local floor refinishers. He includes in his price to remove the refrigerator and stove and cover everything in plastic. We would definitely recommend Luis."

"Zeus, Carlos and the whole team saved us! After we tried installing vinyl flooring ourselves, we realized the project was way too big. Zeus was able to get his crew in the next day, and they finished four bedrooms, a media room and an office in two days! They did awesome work, were always on time, very professional. We've already hired them to do the rest of the house!"

"Pretty good, but I have noticed a lot of soft spots in the flooring and felt that those spots should have been fixed before the flooring was installed. I don’t know what is going to happen over the next few months or years, are these spots going to break thru?"
