"I scheduled an appointment with The Maids in College Park for Monday, October 1st between 1:00pm-2:00pm. They didn't show during the timeframe. At 2:13, I received this message: Hey, sorry to inform you but are we able to move your clean to Friday? We will reduce the price for inconvenience 2 cleaners had urgent issues and we are left with 1 cleaner I rescheduled with The Maids on Monday, October 6th between 1:00-2:00. A crew of three arrived before 2:00pm. We discussed what was needed. It appeared that they were doing a good job, however I had to point out areas that needed attention. Like mopping the kitchen floor, stainless steel appliances streeked. As they were getting ready to leave, I asked if they clean the kitchen floor, foyer and tile in the rec room. One of the ladies then started to clean the kitchen floor which had not been cleaned. The young man said he had to leave but the ladies would do a walk through with me. This never happened. They just left."
