"The quality of the work was exceptional. Before we left for vacation, we packed up the contents of shelves and other furniture. Kustom Floors prepped a small area of one floor with three different stains so we could choose one ourselves. During the two weeks we were away, Kustom Floors moved out all the furniture, made several small repairs to the oak floors, and completely refinished the oak floors on the main level of our home (except for one very new floor in one room) and installed the new linoleum in the basement. After we returned, Kustom Floors re-finished the stairs to the basement and took care of some minor details. Kustom Floors delayed the work on the basement stairs to allow us the opportunity to select a stain and otherwise have input into that part of the project. Kustom Floors gave us the information we needed to select the protective coatings for the floors and we chose the higher priced commercial grade water-based product. We are highly satisfied with the results. We can feel the grain of the wood in the floor and nothing feels like it is coated in plastice. Furthermore, the floors can be buffed and re-coated in the future without having to be sanded again."

I recommend going into their store to look at the selection rather than just browsing online, because they have more samples there and it's easier to see the true color of the wood in person. District Floors Depot was also flexible when there was an unforeseen power outage at our residence, and was able to reschedule us and complete the work quickly in time for our moving date. Finally, they did a really good job cleaning up and the place was gleaming and spotless after they were done. I highly recommend them!"

"Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"The Naula team did a great job replacing the original contractor-grade stairs that came with my house. They arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. They taped off areas to protect my house from dust during construction, repainted the trim on the stairs, cleaned up nicely and finished in just a day and a half. It was well worth the money to have everything done well and quickly. My new steps are an inch thick; they’re solid and don’t squeak - I weigh 250 lb, so that’s saying something. I only realized that my wood floors are quietly but constantly creaking due to the sudden cessation of noise when I use the new stairs to move between floors. Stairs are an important part of a home’s visual appeal and should be seen as an investment. The new stairs completely transform my foyer’s appearance, and the $2,000 I spent will increase my home’s value by more than that amount."
