It was a significant break in the main line underneath a concrete driveway. Previously, this main line was repaired by another company in the same spot. Once Mario analyzed the situation, he determined the root cause of the breaks and provided us with a permanent solution. He replaced the entire pipe under the concrete with a single piece, eliminating all joints under the concrete. He did it in a non-invasive way so that the driveway looks like nothing happened. Furthermore, Mario is very professional and responsible, and he stayed on top of the entire project process, communicating effectively with me and with the homeowner affected by the break. As expected, I have already rehired EOLS to help us with another landscape issue. We highly recommend Mario from EOLS for your irrigation and landscape services. "Eddie and his team did an excellent job removing my old lawn and laying new sod. I also had them installed a new sprinkler system, remove old bushes and plant new ones, paint my stucco walls and lay brick boarders around my planters. The quality of their work exceeded my very high expectations. After each day of work, they thoroughly cleaned the areas and hand watered my bushes prior to installing the sprinkler system. The prices were fair, they were punctual and provided me with effective communication as well as great input on improving areas in my yard. "Project overview: Update legacy yard landscaping. 11k sg ft lot, 7k sg ft soft scape. Demo existing softscape. Design for drought tolerant, desert garden plant options. Install drip irrigation system. Replace lagacy plants with drought-tolerant options. Install exterior backyard lighting. Install water feature / fountain. Pros: Informative, knowledgeable, creative ideas. Project delivery on time. Addressed concerns regarding plant selection due to pets. Accomidating when the project scope size increased. Cons: A lower percentage of plants died after planting. Offered to replace any plants that didn't survive as part of the initial project, that never occurred. Scheduling plant replacement 5 times over 4 months, but never showed up. In summary, we're happy with the landscape project delivery. That said, we're disappointed we've had multiple no-shows to get the dead plants replaced. I gave up trying. Project delivery - 5 Project follow-up - 1"
