Get matched with top dry rot, water or pest damage major repairers in Anchorage, AK

"Victor, the owner called ahead of time each time he came.  He came back two times after the initial visit. I had lived in the apartment for several years and I am embarrassed to say I have never had the carpets cleaned. Since the last of my teenage sons had left home, I needed to get the carpets cleaned. Living in Alaska, your carpets can get dirty, and my carpets had gotten very, very dirty.
Victor was very professional, caring, accommodating, and thorough in his work. Victor told me he would need to come
back a second time and he was right. He always called or texted me when he would be arriving. After the second time, there were still some spots that I did not notice until the carpets completely dried and in the day light. I was very hesitant and embarrassed to contact Victor for a third cleaning. I did contact him and he was apologetic because I needed him to come back a third time. The carpet was in bad shape and it was my fault for the condition they were in.
Victor came back and cleaned the last of the spots out of the carpet, and I could hardly believe how great the carpet looked after all these years. Victor did not charge me any additional fees. Victor is AWESOME, great to work with, and he did an AWESOME job on my carpets!!! My carpets look like they did when I moved here! Now I can invite friends over and not be embarrassed by the condition of my carpets.
I would recommend Victor to all my family and friends. I will definitely use him again. The next time I won't wait so long.

"I needed an Emergency septic pumped out, it had backed up into the lower tub. They were busy as others that I called that day, but Tony said he would get it pumped ut but it may be later as they were on another job. Later Josh called and said he would be here today even if it was later tonight. Well he showed up, it was dark by then about 8 pm and he got the job done just as he promised. and he wanted to know the system checked out ok before he left. Very professional and a job well done."

"

They sent out a crews -- it was either three or four guys to do that, but I didn't -- of course, if was faster with four guys -- but I didn't know that they needed to send four guys out. I thought their price was a little high especially given that another company I used at my son's house this year was $230 for a spring cleanup. That was a big difference. And there were two or three fellows on that crew -- there were not four like had been on the other crew. I gave them a B overall primarily because of the pricing.

"The workman ship was excellent. Configured the plumbing if repairs were needed in the future it would be minimum impact. Highly recomended to perform any type a job"

"The estimate seemed competitive. The gentlemen that came to my house were very knowledgeable, professional, prompt and experienced. They were responsive and were on time."

"Cannot say enough GOOD about Dakoda! He quickly fit us in for an estimate. Day before he was set to begin the job, we had to ask him if he could delay by +2 days due to going into the hospital to deliver our baby, he readily agreed and adjusted his schedule to accommodate ours. While working on the floors, he worked around our hectic family (2 toddlers) in addition to his kindness and understanding, his work is quality! He kept in communication, gave us pointers/suggestions and got our flooring installed timely and beautifully. You will not be disappointed hiring Dakoda, we weren't!"

"Scott was on time, professional, and thorough. My carpets looked great when he finished. I will definitely call J&S Steamway in the future."
