"Bought windows in August of 2020 and they weren’t installed to April of 2021. The week after installation they needed repair and Todd came after several weeks to fix. The repair he did lasted a day. Trying calling (at least 30 times), they would just hang up or their mailbox was full. Now I have a hard time in closing windows. Folks, please don’t use this company. They are not rated on BBB as they state on their site."

"We signed a $4400 contract with Miguel David Lopez (aka “David Painting”) on July 8, 2023 for power washing, replacing some rotted wood, posts and rails on our deck and we paid $1000 up front. The work was going very well until David sent us pictures of himself in the hospital after falling off a ladder on another job. We felt bad for him and sent very nice messages offering support. He recovered quickly and returned to our home to check out the job after we expressed that we were unhappy with the power washing of the deck because all of the wood was furred, one board was split, another new board warped, and the deck was not cleaned well. David assured us he would have his guys sand down the deck prior to staining it and that this would solve the problem. Trusting that David was a man of his word, and because the carpentry work seemed good we moved forward and paid him an additional $700 for power washing of the house which went well and we told David we were very happy with that job. However, after that we continually tried to reach David to find out when his guy would come back to complete the deck repairs, which consisted of replacing additional rotting wood, sanding and staining but all text messages and phone calls to David went unanswered. Until he sent us more pictures of himself, showing even more details of his fall from the ladder, and then did not respond to us at all. This made absolutely no sense to us, since he had already come by our house AFTER his accident and told us he was fine. At first, trying to give him the benefit of the doubt and believing he was an honest person, we thought perhaps he had a relapse following his accident, but also did not understand why no one else reached out to let us know what was happening, not even his son, who had come by the job to supervise the power washing of the house. We have continued to try to reach David with absolutely no response! Then, today we were very disappointed and upset to see here that he has been doing work for others all this time. He was supposed to be completing our work for which he was paid $1700.00 upfront. David took our money, and never returned to our job, and never even offered any explanation or refund of our money for the damage to our deck. This is completely unprofessional and has cost us valuable time, and now we may not even get the deck done before winter. We also had a large window in the basement that David had measured twice (once before, and once after his accident) which he said he would have removed, reframed and replaced for us before the cold weather set in….. Obviously that is not happening now either This is truly sad and I hate having to write this review, but we are tired of being taken advantage of by contractors. David knew our story of having to rebuild after a contractor nearly burned our home down during the height of the pandemic. We truly believed that we had finally found a fair and honest contractor in David and we had discussed other jobs at our house that he promised to also take care of for us. David talked a lot about God and honesty but in the end is no better than the last contractor we had who also talked a good talk, but did not walk an honest walk. I have a message for David…. God sees all - so you should practice what you preach."

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"My initial contact with Leelands was 10 years ago. I really admired the work they had done on my neighbors house. I just couldn't afford slate repair or replacement at the time. The employees were always courteous and patient. Fast forward to May 2018, I had exhausted all the patching my roof could take. I contacted Leelands, Donna promptly scheduled Luke to come out for an estimate. Luke was on time and provided honest feedback. I recieved a Photo Report, Field Condition Report and Proposals a few weeks later. It took me a few more months to decide how to proceed. In October, Leelands sent Gabriel and Miguel to make the repairs. They were prompt, courteous and worked diligently to finish the job. After a rainy 2018, my roof is still leak free."
