"I am 99% satisfied with the worked performed. Bob was very considerate of perennial plantings around around my house. He was sensitive to my concern about taking care around my landscape beds, even got my ok before he placed his ladder. He made an independent decision to not use bleach on the house and used extra soap instead to assure plant foliage was not damaged. This came up only because I asked about it. This increased his cost and he was unwilling to pass it on to me. After saying "no" twice, he agreed to accept $25 more than his estimate of $375. I thought his price was excellent for a colonial with an attached garage and a stand alone shed. He did a beautiful job and my vinyl siding looked brand new when he was done. That was not so with the last service I used a couple of years ago. Bob removed and cleaned up a wasp next under a soffit on the garage and cleaned out old wasp nests in the air vents on the shed. I took 1% off of a perfect score because he missed washing the cupola on top of our shed. I didn't notice the cupola myself until after he was gone, and can see how he missed it. It was easy to take care of it ourselves and we did. I'm confident that if we'd called him back for it, Bob would have returned to address it.. Bob was a delight and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting him. How often can you say that about a tradesman? I definitely will have him back and absolutely recommend using his service. He did an excellent job. <br />"

"Glen came to my house to give me an estimate on hydroseeding about half of my yard. I prepared the portions of the yard that needed doing. We scheduled the work, but it had to be postponed for a week or two due to so much rain. Once we were able to get a break in the weather, they called me to make sure I loosened up the top half inch or so of soil before they came, since all the rain had packed everything down. We scheduled the work, they came on time, did a neat job of spraying it down and made sure I was satisfied with what they had done before they left. I have followed their watering instructions and it's now three weeks since Glen and his assistant did the work. I've already mowed it once and my yard hasn't looked this good in a long time."
