Our tenant called that the water tank blew. We were coming to town on other things, so we called on Thursday 7/31 the first date they had was the next Mon. We waited as they had previously done some AC work. We arrived at 2 to find the tech James Hill. His first words were you're not going to be happy! He said we had 5 leaks in our main. To prove it he told his helper to close the house valve and showed us dial spin at meter. To shorten all his lies, he convinced us to use a Tankless at $5k+ and the main was $12k+. He got us to sign estimates as we needed it done. later WE tested valve. When WE shut it, all stopped. in AM called KUB and usage only spiked when heater blew. We emailed to cancel they tried to charge a cancel fee! After Bcc our lawyer, owner, Tony met us. later said he fired them"

I believe it took total of 5 days because of early weather in October 22. No paint chips on ground, very conscious of my shrubs and gardens, you would not even know they were painting. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this outstanding company and would not hesitate to have them paint my home again. The price was very fair, the warranty good but most of all they always stayed in touch to let me know what was going to happen etc. My team, Frank, Benjamin and Valerio were amazing. Peter the owner and coordinator did a great job. Thank you again. My neighbors stopped to tell me how great my home looks and asked for the name of the painters for them in springtime.
