"Web's Painting Company, did a fantastic job for us. Faced with unforeseen complications, Wayne and his crew did an amazing job and made our home beautiful. Highly recommend this company for all your painting needs. We found "Web's Painting Company" through Angie's list and I spoke directly with the owner Wayne. We set an appointment to estimate the job, and Wayne was on-time and texted me to let me know he was on his way. As we walked around the property he asked the appropriate questions and listened to what we needed done. He was knowledgable and identified issues that prompted calling him in the first place. The job was to paint the exterior of a 1950 rambler with stucco and do minor carpentry repair of dry rot on some window sills and trim. His estimate came in the lowest plus an Wayne offered an additional Angie's List discount. His price was comparable with the other bids I received. We hired him because he was knowledgable and knew the area. The job was bid to take 6 days and I offered an incentive of ignoring the discount if the job was completed on-time. Unknown to any of us, this would be one of the wettest months in recent history. Also unknown to anyone was the amount of prep work that would be needed to prepare the home for stucco and paint. Wayne's crew showed up each day the weather cooperated and worked methodically and went over the home with great attention to detail. Everything that was contracted to be done often exceeded my expectations. We could not be happier with the level of worked performed by this company. It was such a relief to work with such a professional crew. They even repaired some brick for a reasonable fee, and even repaired some bricks we din't expect to be repaired. The home looks amazing and I am thankful there are people like Wayne and his guys. Wayne, Mike and Geo are true craftsmen of their trade and our extremely gifted at what they do. You will be very satisfied with their work. We did not take the discount and even paid more than the contracted price because we felt the level of work needed fell outside the scope of what was reasonable and customary for this type of job."

"Bill Chacon responded very quickly to my call for help. The tenant moved out on Wednesday, March 27th. The new tenants wanted to start moving in on Saturday, March 30th. It was not a big job, but First Rate treated it as if it were the only job in the world. The team patched and painted on Friday, providing a safe area in the living room for temporary storage of furniture. On Sunday, everything was ready for the new tenants. In addition to the $325, Bill also charged me $50 for cleaning <strong>before</strong> painting, which the departing tenant was supposed to do. This $50 was reasonable and I deducted it from the tenant's security deposit. <br /> Back in February, First Rate patched and painted an entire apartment and garage for me for $1,600.00. The garage required creativity because it was just plywood that had never been painted. It was also very ugly because the departing tenants had removed a lot of shelves and then patched, so the walls looked like smeared-up plywood. Plywood soaks up paint, but Bill experimented and found a cheap way to paint, which saved a lot of money. <br />"

"My wife and I were very pleased with the work that Garrett's painters (Ivan and David) did with the exterior painting of our two story 3700 foot home. The painting of the exterior involved quite a bit of detail work which was neatly and professionally completed. Ivan and David also painted an iron fence that surrounds our back yard which involved removing and reinstalling a wire mesh at the bottom portion of the fence. I also had them install some small hooks for the hanging of Christmas lights on a portion of the house eves. Garrett did the work for what I believe was a reasonable price and the project was started and finished according to schedule. The workers were polite and diligent and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. We really couldn't have asked for anything more. I highly recommend Parker's Painting."
