"I called on Monday and was told technician would call on Tuesday with a 2-hour window in which he would report. I received call Tuesday morning (approximately 7:45 am) and was told he would report between 8:30 and 9:00 am. He arrived at 8:35 am. Tim started the washer and stated (within 2 seconds) a coupling was broken ($25.00 part). He repaired the washer in about 20 minutes and put everything back that he had moved.
