They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. We highly recommend Wolverine Contracting and will be contacting them for any future projects."

Ryan is a class act, he explained every detail during my estimate and there were no hidden fees. In fact, my gutters were cleaner than he thought so he took some money off my bill, which is super ethical. Ryan also spent an hour after the job going through old paints from another painting job to color match and giving me tips on how to touch up a few areas. His price was very fair. Interestingly, he was an art teacher before owning a painting business so he has a great eye for color and attention to detail.
