Both of these projects involved obtaining HOA approval as well as city permits. Geraldo managed the city permits for me in a very timely manner. The concrete work is over a year old now and is in perfect condition with no cracks or sinking. His communication style was very timely and professional. "Ivan and his team did a great job on my house. I got several quotes and theirs was by far the best price. I needed all the fascia and soffit repainted, some needed to be replaced. Chimney needed to be replaced and repainted. There was flashing that was loose between the windows and the bricks. The team worked well, and fast. I got several drops of paint onto my brick and front entrance, but it was minor. Overall great job."

Parker and his team gave us a quote to rebuilt our gutter drainage away from the house and to replace grass with rocks on the side of our house. We were lucky to fit into their schedule and the team was out here within 2 days of agreeing to move forward. And, their work was exceptional. They went above and beyond in moving the drainage much further away from the house than was expected, and their rock work was also top notch. Parker also followed up several times to make sure we were happy and has offered to come out and remedy any issues we might experience. 100% recommended.!"
