"Representative came to estimate new asphalt roof and soffit repair. First told us the would not reattach our gutters because the holes won’t line up. Then said they could repair the tea soffits because of our pool cage. I asked how a company that sells and installs gutters can’t simply reattach ours and she had no answer . Also asked why an experienced contractor remove a dozen screws holding the pool cage to the roof then reattach them she said they just don’t do that work. Finally she gave us an estimate of over twice as much as two other companies. This is twice as much for one third less work given what they can’t do. Urge people avoid this company."

The problem was that the estimator only saw one roof layer when there were two. One would assume that a trained estimator would know this. They charged extra for removing the second layer, which i found out about after the job was in process. Also, beware of gutter guards, which may need to be removed. If your guards are expensive, make sure reinstallation is included in the job estimate."

"Andrey and his associate came out and in less than a day repaired the cracks in my chimney and re stucco d the top half. He told me he's be back to paint on Tuesday and showed up right when he said he would. This would have been a 5 rating if when it came time to pay they accepted credit cards as they listing shows. Andrey said they only accepted checks at this time, so reluctantly I gave him one. It throws my budget off as I was planning to have to pay the full amount next month, and get some travel miles in addition. If they are no longer accepting credit card payments they should update their listing and web site. It was worth the price and they did good work, but this left a bad taste in the end"

John Scott spent a good deal of time with us, explaining in detail what his company would do, and his pricing was very attractive. His crew arrived to do my neighbor’s home, and a wind and rainstorm sprung up after they had begun the work. They did a great job keeping the old and new material under control, and made sure that the rain would not get through the partially applied roofing. The next day part of the crew arrived at our house and began working. Part of the crew was still working on the neighbor’s house, as well. Our roof was finished the following day, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up the roofing nails and other debris. Our pool and the pool cage had been protected during the work, and everything was in order after the roof was completed. John had explained how to contact an inspector who would complete a report for our insurance company.
