"Technicians pulled dryer away from wall, disconnected vent duct from dryer, one guy went on the roof, the other operated the vacuum. Placed vent back on dryer and put dryer back against wall. The total time was probably less than 5 minutes.

"Good Neighbor was referred to me by a friend who used their services so I thought I would go ahead and get a quote.    The owner and sales consultant both came out and gave me an estimate that was below most others.  I had several estimates and most were higher using lower quality materials.  Everything was above my expectations from start to finish.  There was always a supervisor on property.   They replaced every piece of rotten wood/beadboard around my house.  My house is an old craftsman and they matched all the eaves and rafters perfectly.  I cannot tell you how happy I am that I chose to go with Jim Fernandez and Good Neighbor Roofing.
