"Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"

"Mr. Naty is a wonderful person with whom to work. He visited to secure measurements and design ideas more than once regarding the front walkway railings we wanted. He understood that we wanted the railings to provide safety while elevating the look of our front entry. The price for the work was more reasonable than other estimates received. Yanni Agouridis, our project consultant, was extremely helpful in working out the details of the engagement at the outset. Blase Skully, project supervisor and quality assurance manager, was always available to answer many questions and provide advice as we refined the scope of work and the project progressed. He made sure they delivered exactly what we were seeking to accomplish. Blase was also sensitive to ensuring that the historic look of the house was maintained and enhanced by the materials they used and the work they did. The result is beautiful. We get many complements on our new roof and gutters. We highly recommend American Custom Contractors."

"We woke up one more recently and the temperature in the house was intolerably cold. I had the thermostat set on 75, which was much higher than we even usually have it, but even when I would switch the fan from Auto to Blow, the system seemed to cut on for a couple minutes and then just die, and it was blowing cold air. I was so worried because I was afraid to call an unknown company, and the people I'd worked with in the past weren't answering because it was so early in the morning. I called AQP and they answered right away (it was before 7AM) and said they could be here in an hour. When the technician arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and said he would have the part replaced and the system running within a couple hours, which he did. By afternoon, our house was warm again, and the cost was extremely affordable. I will definitely hire them again!"

"Horrible Customer Experience!!! Angi's doesn't allow enough characters to write a thorough review of this vendor so I will summarize. The customer service experience was atrocious. They don't record their calls for customer experience verification and/or training so it's your word versus the reps after they hang up on you and why. They take your money and don't resolve the issue. The customer service manager (who answers the phone without stating her name) says she will talk to the dispatch manager about scheduling you in for a follow up. You get a notification from your bank about a refund before that same customer service manager calls you back to let you know they are refunding the money and not helping you out. Even if they had the best techs in the world (which they don't), who wants to be treated like that, especially when you're paying them.?.? Be wary of the customer experience with this company."

"I had one of the handywoman’s named Mahkameh installed 2 grab bars in the bathroom. She was swift, nice and professional. I liked when she used her shoes covers and mask. She cleaned after herself and doubled check the right position of the grab bars before installation with me and did an amazing job. Generally, I liked her performance, so I highly recommend this company!"
