I had several proposals but selected IBC because of his proposal and his presentation to me prior to the Coronavirus outbreak. It was obvious to me that he knows what he is doing. When he did the work, Rigo took extra care to see that there was no personal contact between us because of the virus. From a safe distance, he explained clearly what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and the various pieces of equipment he brought with him for the job. His price was very reasonable. I give him my highest recommendation."

"Lily and her crew did an amazing job re-landscaping our backyard. The previous homeowners had an unsightly mix of bushes and shrubs, a brick wall that cut into the usable yard space, and stone/rock work that didn’t match the brick patio. Lily and her team removed everything, fixed the area where the patio had been damaged by a neighboring tree, laid a new brick path matching the existing patio, and plant new ground cover in the yard. "Lazaro and his crew members, Fidel, William, and Issac, transformed our back yard from being a dirty and unpleasant hellscape where my wife and I never spent any time to being a beautiful and clean space where we can host parties, cookouts, and relax. The crew was extremely professional, organized, thoughtful, experienced, efficient, and communicative throughout the course of the project. I was quite impressed with their design and planning skills, extensive experience, and passion for their work. My wife and I own a small row house with a small back yard, which presented unique challenges to the crew: no back yard access except through neighbors’ properties. The crew handled this challenge well by being communicative and friendly with my neighbors and always cleaning up the space at the end of each working day. They always ensured that the fencing and hardscaping looked good from both sides of the property line, so that my neighbors were also happy! Another challenge was that an adjacent property is about 3 feet above grade and not pleasant to look at from our yard. Lazaro’s planning and vision for a beige brick half-wall, topped with wooden lattice flower boxes was a great finishing touch that provided a beautiful transition between the red brick paver patio and the elevated wooden fence to block the view of the adjacent property. The crew carefully planned their work from the beginning, so that there were no surprises at the end as the finishing touches were put on and the fence was erected. My wife and I are also confident that the money we spent on this work will be a great investment—not only for enjoying our new home, but also in the resale value some day in the future. "We are delighted with the work Robert Construction did for us! They replaced an old paver-built patio behind our house with a beautiful stone one. After removing the old patio, they poured concrete to create a solid structure, then applied a natural stone veneer, with steps connecting the upper level to the lower level. They even installed stone veneer on the vertical surfaces at the edges. Our new patio was completed promptly and beautifully. We are proud of the improvement it brings to our home. "They did a difficult job well. They replaced our old patio with new pavers, expanding it to come to both sets of steps on our deck. They installed new French drains and dried creek bed, going around or under previous drains. They extended the drains from the roof to join the drain to the road. They poisoned and removed invasive plants. Due to the lateness of the year, it is a little too early to see how well the new French drain will work longer term or removal of invasive plants, but it's good so far and it looks good! The price was good and they worked hard and quickly."

They were always in good spirits and eager to explain each step in the construction process. I can sincerely say the construction was of the highest quality and the final outcome was a work of art. They removed and rebuilt a deteriated brick front porch, brick steps, and a 12 foot flagstone walkway to the driveway, and built a large backyard flagstone patio and a connecting 15 foot flagstone walkway. Before they had even finished my work, a neighbor had contracted them for an even larger project."
