"I was selling my townhouse and the roof came up during the home inspection. I called several companies and received comparable quotes from each, but decided to go with Ocean Seven Builders. I'm glad I did. Jimmy, who estimated the job for me, was knowledgeable and gave me an approximate time frame for completion (1-2 weeks). This was an important aspect since closing was scheduled to happen in 3 weeks. After I put down my 1/3 deposit, they ended up having am opening in the schedule and were able to replace the roof within a week's time. The work took less than a day and the crew worked well. They took pictures and provided me with the invoice & warranty documentation I needed for closing. Invoicing and everything else behind the scenes was handled via email with the office manager. He was also very pleasant to work with and provided great customer service when I need the additional documents/info for settlement. Overall, the quality of work and customer service was exceptional. "We needed a new roof for our house. Our ‘old’ roof had few leaks and several problems that required the replacement with a new one. The last rain resulted in a water leak to the bedrooms area. So, we called Landmark construction energy upgrade because they did our neighbor's roof a year ago and they gave us an estimate at that time. This time, they just updated the estimate and they were able to lower it, which was cheaper than the other estimates we got. The good feeling was much better because it’s a family business who not only give the bid but do the work. No hard sell here or having the bid from one guy but the work is with unknown others - as it was with other bids. Landmark did the job so good and very fast as well which was awesome! The workers from Landmark made sure to clean the roof and they did a quality work. The roof was a mess with lots of humps, bumps and terrible pad for the Air conditioning. They rebuilt it all, and had people who came to do specialty tasks, such as hooking up the dish, the air conditioning condenser etc.… More than that, they also fixed the gutters and made sure they are connected correctly. All in all, this project is complete and done. We are no longer have to deal with the old roof and leaks for at least for 20 years. Before we did the new roof, The office staff helped us with the Cool Roof rebate from the power company and the federal tax rebate for an Energy Star roof, both of which we were not aware. Landmark construction energy upgrade are now our roofers who did a great work and have other great contractors to supplement for special tasks and run an all-around energy efficient business. If we ever move or we have a natural disaster, we know who will work for us."

They were on time when they say they will begin work and the guys that installed my solar panel and inverters were very clean.
