"I contacted five tree removal services for estimates. Richard's Tree Care was the only one who has yet to provide me with an estimate. I do not know what the problem is. I initially attempted to establish an appointment by using the online form on their website. After three or four days of not hearing from them, I decided to contact them by telephone. I did get hold of someone and set up an appointment. The guy came out. Took my list of what was to be done. We went around the yard discussing each tree. At the end, he said he would email me the estimate. I asked if he had my email address. He assured me that the office had it and my telephone number. I waited five days; emailed the office, and still have not heard from them. But, I had to move on. I believe that I gave them ample time to respond, but they chose not to or their communication system is not operating properly. Don't know. Don't care at this point."

When he first came out to the neighborhood, he was taking down a tree for a neighbor, and there was some dispute on the property line. He took the time to go over the property lines and resolve the situation. I also mentioned to him that to grow his business that he should come out at 9 am on a Saturday and chip up all the branches that have fallen in the yards after we have had some storms. He came out and all of the neighbors brought their branches to him, and he chipped them up. He was able to get some jobs from that, and ever since then neighbors have been using him. He has come out in emergency situations when it has been storming, and trees have been in danger of falling into homes. He goes above and beyond. His prices are very reasonable, and he has a great crew."
