He was the most confident in the work and I felt was reasonable with his price expectations and of a customer. I actually think he did not charge enough! I ended up having Medina’s masonry do the entire front and backyard project after the retaining wall was completed ahead of time. They also did more than was quoted just because they went it was the right thing to do while there. "Scheduling was a nightmare. No communication between the front office and their service technicians. They screwed up the scheduling on their end, so I had to take another day off. Also, when they finally did show up, they were rude. Usually, people with a language barrier are polite people, but these people treated me snootily. I can look past that but they left a mess everywhere. Rubber gloves, screws and paper were left in their work station when they left. When I went up into the attic to check the furnace connection, I found more trash and work debris. But what's worse, is they didn't move my insulation back after they were done working in the attic. Finally, when I cut them a check on the agreed contact, they told me it was the correct amount. Only later, their HR was calling me for more money. They really have been a terrible experience."
