Had some challenges with framing ( as a new door is a little smaller than the old one) But Vitalii Builders pro got it all fixed. Very professional, came all prepared on time. Work was done well in 1 day. Cleaned debris during and after work. Took out unwanted materials, wraps and so. Did some extra things that came across ( no charge) . Im very happy. Definitely i will hire these guys in the future for other projects we planned . I will add photos before and after ."

"We worked with both Jake and Ken. Jake was punctual, came in and measured stuff, and gave us the bad news we kind of expected - our current doors not only were cheap and cheerful, but the actual space under them was measured badly. On top of that the single door was basically not a real parking space - unless you were driving a clown car in there, there was no space. The sad truth was that if we put in the doors we originally planned - cheaper ones - that the house would look bad, and they'd need to be painted anyway. So, to match the house's other doors, they suggested expensive but long-lasting doors that they could make fit the space, a new assembly that actually works reliably, and on top of that install it in a day *and* make it fit the very awkward space between the ground and the doors. On top of that they created a dummy door for the already-useless door so that it'd look real, seal in nicely, yet not need the assembly. The work itself was done cleanly, beautifully and on time. It looks great. The extra money for the doors that we got, thick cedar ones (I think) that smell great and look great. They automatically worked with my car with barely any effort, and they move beautifully. The house looks great now. One thing that really makes Ken and Jake - apart from stellar work - stand out is their communication. Jake came by twice to make sure we were ready to go. Ken emailed and called to make sure we were happy, and to make sure the job looked well-done. There's a lot of pride in what they do, and they're fair and honest people who work hard to provide, well, the kind of thing you'd expect from someone this high-end. But even then, the cost wasn't ridiculous for what we got. It's great. It'll last for a long time."

"Daniel came out and replaced the seal on the bottom of our garage door which mice had chewed through. Our door was 20+ years old so I expected the track that the seal went into to be outdated and it was, I couldn't even find it on Youtube, so a new track was required for the new seal to fit into. Parts and labor for this 8' metal track was only $50 in addition to the quote for the actual seal. I priced this out beforehand with competitors and I must say the pricing for everything with 1A was the lowest and very fair. I will definitely call 1A when needed again. Daniel...friendly, hard working guy with no upsell. Felt very comfortable with him. Could not have asked for a better man to help us out. Honestly. Thanks much! Rick"

"John and team were quick and efficient. They were able to get out tough door frame out and get a brand new door and frame in! They did a wonderful job on install and also painted and added some great trim to match the exterior design and colors. We had a small problem with the door opening a few days after install but John and team came back next day to take a look and make sure the problem was fixed. Overall the process was painless and John was very responsive and transparent in communication. Highly recommend. Very happy with the service we received!"
