Guy quickly put us in touch with structural engineers, he bid out the project, and we were able to solve the problem and stay on track. The only challenge was the non-stop rain we had this summer (no fault whatsoever of Mike's) in which finding more than two consecutive non-rain days was nearly impossible. But Mike persevered and completed powerwashing on one day, followed later by the staining. What I most appreciated was his willingness to stain my deck in two phases, so I didn't have to move my very heavy deck furniture into my house (I have no stairs to the deck). This was an enormous help to me and much appreciated. My deck looks beautiful, and I've finally been able to enjoy it this year."
