"Herbert is PHENOMENAL, third generation concrete man. He came out to take measurements and came back out to discuss color and patterns with me. Never made me feel pressured to choose him after the quote. He answered the hundred questions I had texted him after the consult. Didn’t try to nickel and dime me, but went out of his way to make the project as cost effective as possible. His team was extremely friendly and professional. Herbert is honest and humble and I wish I had more concrete jobs to do because he was so great to work with."

"There were a of communication (or lack of on the part of the company) and scheduling issues. When the workers arrived they finished the project, but told me they didn’t have a truck to haul away the rubble. I was too tired to argue, so it was left for me to shovel and rake. Later, I noticed that the workers cut expansion joints but did not cut up to the house because they didn’t have the correct tool, so they just left it. I had to call for them to come back and finish it. They also chipped part of the concrete. When I pointed it out, I was told to just fill it with sealant, and it would be alright. The concrete slab is good, but I wouldn’t really recommend them. Too much hassle."

Tom and crew cut out the blacktop and existing driveway and repaved it, making a very smooth transition from the roadway to the driveway. No more bottoming out for us or our guests! To finish that job, he recapped the sidewalls of the driveway. In addition, when we were exchanging cash on the first day of the job, Tom noticed that our sidewalk had a missing chunk of concrete and said, "I'm gonna fix that for you!" Finally, he was also willing to use his concrete saw and backloader to remove an installed basketball goal. He included these small additional services at no extra charge. AAA Concrete cares for their customers and takes pride in their work, and I'm already planning on hiring them again."

They insure that the drainage is properly done and that the bed is prepared according to code before the pour the first yard of cement. After they finish the job they clean up the entire jobsite and the only thing they leave behind is a beautiful new driveway and a happy customer. Their price is fair and honest and you get what you pay for. If I had to do it all over again, I would hire Vango in a NY City Minute. These guys do it right."
