"Damian came when he said he would. He worked hard in the summer heat. Installed Tesla EV and a 110 outlet. Completed the job and I paid him. After he left we noticed the oven beeping. Discovered there was no power to oven and dryer. Also noticed the AC breaker was off. I called Damian, he admitted he should have turned A/C breaker back on. Hen told me to do that which I did. But in checking the A/C was also not working. Damian returned to fix this. After thoroughly checking things, he went to Home Depot to buy new breakers. That corrected the oven and dryer. They now worked. But the A/C was not. After confirming there was adequate power coming from panel and that it registered at unit on roof, he checked thermostat and it appeared the problem was at the air handler and thermostat. He recommended I contact HVAC for troubleshooting. Damian left and as I was preparing to call HVAC I noticed that the A/C turned on. Why? It’s a mystery. But both Damian and I had prayed."

"Short version: They ALL did a great job. All the way from the 1st call to when they left after the job was done. Long version. I had 2 AC guys out and both said there was a short in the low voltage wire running between the upstairs air handler. One AC company quoted me $1,500 to do the job. YIKES. That seemed high...very high. The 2nd AC guy said he doesn't pull wire and I needed to find an electrician to do that job and then he would return after the new wire was ran. Since our upstairs AC has been out for literally 5 days we needed someone ASAP. So, I went on Angie's List and I filled out the form and less than 2 minutes after I submitted the form my phone rang. It was Stephanie from Bolt Electricity. I told her our dilemma and much to my surprise she scheduled their rep, Daniel, to come out here between 10am - 1PM. He got here around 11:00AM. I showed him what was needed, we discussed some options. He reviewed the situation and gave me a quote. A quote that made me nearly fall out of my chair. I said yes and when could he get someone out here to run the wires? He called their scheduler and they understood our situation, rearranged some jobs and said they could get two guys out here in a few hours. WOW. Almost fell out of my chair a 2nd time. Those two very polite and professional techs (Will and Matt) came right on time and got to work. And they did a fantastic job. And before they started to put the wire in the conduit, they called me out there and explained what they wanted to do and to get my approval. They then went back to work and finished up. Ok, let me wrap this up. They did a fantastic job, the work looks great and my wife and I could not be happier! Sorry about the gushing but when your AC is out in the summer in AZ and it gets fixed...well, you understand. Everyone at Bolt Electric treated us like we matter and did a fantastic job."

In April 2020 we had our house re-roofed, and the lightning rods had to be removed before the roofers could work. Sun Valley Electric removed and re-installed the lightning rods and cables before and after the re-roofing. Jared was the technician for Sun Valley. He is a fantastic representative for the company, as is the owner, Jason. I've not met Jason, but I've spoken with him a couple of times on the phone. Second visit Installed GFCI's required to bring home up to code for resale and installed two exterior motion sensitive light fixtures. All completed at a reasonable as quoted price in minimum time. Technician extremely competent as well as personable. If I have other electrical needs, I will call on Mr Electric"
