Dean knew that I was struggling with the decision whether to go natural or synthetic and never hassled me or pressured me into making a decision. He provided all of the information I asked for and always responded to my questions. I definitely would've chosen Synlawn to do that work, not simply due to their pricing (which was fantastic), but because of the way Dean handled my indecision. He was extremely patient and even when I finally chose to go in another direction, he honestly thanked me for giving him a shot at the work and was very understanding of my decision. No patronizing claims that I was making the wrong decision. If you're thinking about installing synthetic grass - give Dean a call. You will be making a smart decision to hire this professional."

"I could not be more pleased or say enough positive things about Balance Landscaping LLC. I purchased a home, and the backyard was a dirt pit with & rocks with four orange trees. Once I found a design I liked, I called Balance Landscaping LLC. to come over and give me a quote. Matthew came out, looked at the design and the backyard, and discussed the work. Matthew had some excellent recommendations and told me when I could expect the quote; when I reviewed it, it was clear and understandable. I called Matthew to discuss a few final details; Matthew thoroughly explained everything and made sure to disclose the time frame for project commencement. Once the work began, the workers arrived on time and put forth extreme effort and care (in 108-degree weather). The project is complete except for installing a water fountain; I wanted to wait until the work was completed before I bought it to ensure it complemented the landscaping. He installed 650 square feet of pavers to make a walkway and three large patio areas on yard that had formerly been covered with landscape rock. He also installed new irrigation piping and lines. Isaac is pleasant to work with, meticulous, competent, and competitively priced. Compared to other companies that gave us quotes for the same work, Isaac was a breath of fresh air. "Originally we hired MasterAZscapes to prepare a comprehensive landscape plan for our 35 year old home two years ago to completely remodel an old landscape. We were very pleased with the plan. MasterAZscapes is known for its tree planting services. It successfully did a complex large tree planting for our back yard two years ago, and the trees are healthy sailing through a damaging frost this winter. After putting the installation of the front and courtyard demolition out for bid, for this current project, we hired MasterAZscapes to demo the front yard, install the trees and plants, set up the drip system, install the wiring for future landscape lights, new rock, and install the artificial grass. We are thrilled with the completion of the front and courtyard areas which they completed on budget and less time than they originally predicted. The staff was superb and patient even after we changed our mind on placement of an important plant that was just not quite where we wanted it. With good humor, the staff re dug the planting hole moving it until we all were much happier with the result. The staff and ownership, across the board is talented, loves their job, and will work until the customer is happy. We are slowly implementing the original master plan and will look toward to MasterAZscapes in the future as we implement each project."
