I used Angies List successfully in the past but no more - more unreliable than Home Advisor or any other service where when you call someone on their referral list, the brother - in - law of the List Owner answers and he does the job - the people who actually subscribe to Angies service get screwed. I have the feeling reliable Angie is not the same: at least with her service before when you called someone - that's who answered the phone Not a substitute."
