They covered everything in the areas to be repaired, did their prep work and moved items quickly and effeciently to give themselves ready access to the walls. Everything was covered but I never saw any evidence that any paint ever dripped. They cleaned up before they left each day and left us with rooms still usable until they returned the next day. He textured our walls to match the texture done by the builder but his work is so superior that we may have to have him back just to bring the other walls up to that standard.

"Fernando and his team was prompt and on time for the agreed appointment time. Burgess Carpet cleaning uses a dry cleaning process.   I was very skeptical of a dry cleaning product as this was the first time we used this.  They explained the dry cleaning process very thoroughly and compared it to the other water  / steam pressure and oxy cleaning type systems.    The product that was used is called Host, looks like moist sawdust and is dispensed by hand distribution.  They used a brush type machine that works the product deep into the carpet.  I took many pictures during the work process as I was amazed at what I was seeing.  At times they used a citrus based enzyme cleaner with a pump spray.  We had pets about 8 months ago but the stains from them remained. My carpet is a very light colored cream carpet throughout our home and is 10 yrs old.
I have had the carpet cleaned by an oxy clean system, but the wear tracks and stains eventually reappeared.  I also had cleaned the carpets twice using the rental machines from the home improvement stores before Fernando was hired.  Again, the stains were reduced by cleaning, but they remained and the odors remained.
The final step in the process involved vacuuming the Host product.  I could not believe that the carpet was looking white clean as they vacuumed.  Fernando mentioned that the carpet was now restored to new condition and that is the best way to describe the results.  The carpet was not only white clean but the fibers were not laying down flat any longer and the carpet felt very soft with bare feet.  
We plan to use Burgess Carpet cleaning annually to keep the carpet looking and feeling clean.

"Contacted Spencer with (Simply Cleaning) through an employee of ours. He immediately scheduled a session to check out the bleach we had unfortunately gotten on our carpet. Came in, explained the whole process from top to bottom. We ended up learning very new information. Showed up right on time, and got started without hesitation. He was able to get the bleach completely out of the carpet in just an hours time. Would recommend over any carpet service company in Dallas.
