Alfredo of Bravos Advanced Flatwork was extremely responsive and communicative- he responded to my bid request within an hour, worked with me that day on some unique design specifications, including a late change I needed to make to the size later in the day AND he completed the job the very next morning. Alfredo was a good communicator and very punctual, even letting me know when he had a very minor arrival delay. Most importantly, Alfredo's work was excellent quality. "The project went smoothly and efficiently. Greg was great with returning phone calls and being adaptable to the work schedule of me and my spouse. It was a daunting project requiring excavation of an old concrete patio, repairing some foundation on the house, laying a newer bigger paved patio with concrete slab on the side, and also a paved stairway with stone steps going up a hill. Everything turned out even better than expected. He is also true to his word about repairs and the warranty of the patio. A few months after the project ended, we had to have a small portion of the patio pulled up for some electric line work. He had his crew come out to level, lay, and tamp the patio stones back into place free of charge. Would highly recommend."

Said concrete would pour at 630 am and the team starting showing up before 6 am to greet the concrete trucks that did arrive at 630 am. Leveling , brushing and special stamping completed before the heat of the summer day. Job site left clean as well as washing down the street to assure a clean looking neighborhood. Have watched similar neighborhood contractors and they set the standard for meeting expectations. Book your job early as their schedule gets full."

"Cement Raising mud jacked the driveway apron and front sidewalk and caulked the joints. When they were done, the concrete was restored to the proper level in both places. The caulking job was adequate, but not any better than what I could have done myself. Unfortunately the repairs to the front sidewalk are quite visible (lots of drill holes in a small space), so I'm not sure that mud jacking was an appropriate solution. They were pretty messy. They dislodged the sump pump pipe and got white goop on the grass, the shrubs, the decorative rocks, the street, the entire length of the hose they borrowed, and a bare patch of soil in the neighbors yard. <br />"
