"After calling many roofing repair companies and only getting a commitment to drive by and inspect my wind damaged roof within a few days, I called HF Roofing and spoke with Heriberto. He came out to my house within an hour to look at the damage. He quoted me a reasonable price and said that if he was able to find the matching shingle brand and color then he would have a crew out to do the repairs the next day (Sunday). Otherwise, he would have to wait until Monday to purchase the correct shingles to do the repairs. He contacted me on Sunday morning to say that he had the shingles, and the crew came out to my house an hour or two later. "From the estimate to the installation Paul and his crew were awesome. My wife and I were very nervous about the preparation we had to perform, curtains down, furniture moved etc. We also expected some drywall and paint damage. We're both older so this was a huge albatross and as such we kept putting it off. We finally decided to bite the bullet and get it done so I asked Brian Henry if he could come out to review my furniture moving plan to assure we gave them the required space. He came out and was extremely professional, helpful and put us completely at ease. Several weeks later Brad and James were out to install the windows and three days later were done with absolutely zero damage to drywall or paint. And in fact since the bay windows were primed they didn't even need painting although we'll do it anyway. To top it off, they even protected our landscape in front of our widows and all plants survived. Brad and James were polite and meticulous with the installation. They covered everything up inside our house and put down extra thick tarps. They were punctual in starting each day and finishing. They patiently answered all our questions addressing our concerns. And they were complete in 3 days as we were told. Once they were gone, you couldn’t tell they’d even been here. In fact, I looked around and commented to my wife that we’d never spent so much money on something we couldn’t even see. To be clear the windows looked almost identical to those that were removed except for these being brand new. I do expect our electric bill will be reduced and I suspect they will be a good selling point when we move. Finally, the cost was very fair, I had reached out to two other firms and both were substantially higher. The original windows had also been installed by Paul Henry so I was very comfortable even though his costs was lower. Bottom line, we highly recommend Paul Henry Windows."

While they were not the cheapest, they were considered the most reliable and fetish for using only high-value products that would last for many years. Additionally, they were highly professional and never tried to push their services or any particular product. Their inspections and follow-up quality controls were quick, aggressive, and thorough. In our case, we consulted them a year ago when we were having other repairs done. Then, one year later, they came prepared with all the previous photos and assessments. We're very happy with them."

"Mr. Pence himself came to make the estimate the day after I called. He was right on time, and professional. After spending a good amount of time talking with me and examining our needs, he came to the conclusion that our roof was actually in very good shape, and that we just needed maintenance (sealing around chimneys and vents, checking all ridge vents, and rehanging gutters). He estimated that we had another 5 or so years of life on the roof, at which point he would be happy to come back and bid on the job. Mr. Pence also advised that the cost of roofing materials was about to go up significantly on the short term due to all of the hurricane damage.
