Local Business Owner with insurance and licesing we ofer financing options
"Trinity Construction came out and gave general advice and options for my roof problems (regardless of whether they got my business). They were also the only company that would check for hurricane straps, something I thought made sense since the roof would be opened to the rafters. They stripped off the old leaking metal roof and slats, and then installed OSB decking and quality asphalt shingles with continuous roof vents. The crews were hard working and diligent, answering any questions we had. This was a large roof (area like for 2 houses), and they got the re-build & re-roof done in 2 days. Very impressive. I have had weeks of off and on heavy rain storms since, and the new roof is performing flawlessly. All this and a warranty too."

"It was fine in the beginning, but it did not go well near the end. Mr. Coleman was given a deposit to start. He worked half days for the entire job. His helper isn't a professional painter, and it shows in his work.He did not use a wire brush to remove the rust from the ironwork prior to painting. Also, the iron work wasn't throughly painted. I informed Mr. Coleman about the issue, but it wasn't addressed or corrected. The helper painted the shutters and front door red without my permission. The paint job was sub par. Mr. Coleman stated he would get paint samples, so I could decide on a color to match the existing color of my shutters. He didn't do that. After my daughter and I called him about the problem with the paint color he got his helper to repaint the shutters the color I chose, which I purchased myself. He did a terrible job. The paint is blotchy, drippy and there's lack of coverage. We asked him to repaint it properly. He scraped some paint off and repainted it, again doing a terrible job. The shutters should have been spray painted. I have pictures to document the shutter paint issues. There's gray and white overspray around the entire house where things weren't covered properly. The door paint wasn't done properly. There's lack of coverage, dripping and paint on the door casing. There were drippings of red paint left on the front door threshold, which Mr. Coleman had his helper remove, after I called him about the issue. There are portions of the soffet that weren't covered throughly and there's shadowing. There are areas where gray paint was poured in my garden and on my plants. My garden hose nozzle has gray paint on it. A paint roller with red paint was left in my back yard sitting on several bricks. The bricks were stained with the red paint. My main concern and the worst part about the job is the shutters and front door. Two focal points of my home.I probably would have given a pass on the other issues because for the most part thr gray paint job was ok, but the lack of professionalism in regards to the shutters and front door was horrible. Since Mr. Coleman didn't respond to my text or email, which incuded pictures of the shoddy work, I had no choice but to file a complaint with Angi. He was given the remaining balance with the understanding that he'd address and correct the shutter and front door issues He did not provide quality work. I feel like he took advantage of me and rushed the job. I have pictures of all the issues I have mentioned"

"Avoid Garcia Roofing at all costs!!! I booked them for new gutters for a 4-sided shotgun-style roof and it took 16 months to get it done. I feel like a total sucker for using them. Read my story and know that this is how you will be treated. When I booked the job, they took my 50% deposit and said it would be completed in 3-4 weeks. A month later after hearing nothing, I called in and they hadn't even ordered the materials. Another month passes and a bunch of very sketchy looking dudes show up to install the gutters. They spent the day shirtless, screaming profanities at each other, much to the delight of my elderly neighbors. At one point, one of them seemed to hurt himself pretty badly, from his screams. They had no safety equipment, why would they?? They left trash, nails, metal scrap, cigarette butts, and leaves from the old gutters all over my property. So they left without installing any downspouts. They eventually came back with no notice to install those. Calls about that were not returned. I found out days later that the leaf guard I paid for was NOT INSTALLED AT ALL. I guess they just thought I'd never notice! If you book them, be sure to have a drone or a way to get up and look at what they did. The next time it rained, water poured through big gaps in the gutters and, in many places, they were so far from the edge of the roof that water just ran off the roof onto the ground. What followed was a year of calling to get the gutters fixed and the leaf guards installed. I can't even say how many times someone said they were coming and then just didn't show or call. The leaf guards were finally installed but so badly that a guy had to come back a couple of times over about a 7 month period. He told me himself that he did it really poorly the first time. Garcia Roofing just thinks you probably won't go up and look. Drew, who handled my job, seemed basically annoyed that I wanted anything done. Texts were never answered at all and calls were ignored more than half the time. No show, no call was more common for appointments than anyone actually showing up. They promised me some measly amount of a discount, a couple hundred bucks, and guess what? When the bill finally came, it was for the full amount, of course. They would routinely ignore my calls to fix their pathetic work for months and months but when they send you the bill, you get a text, a phone call, and an email EVERY SINGLE DAY until you pay. They are the worst. If you hire them and you get Drew, cancel the job immediately. I hate this company so much, which I guess is obvious from this review. I can't even cover it all here. DO NOT HIRE THEM!"
